Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Shotlane API or website ("Service") you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Shotlane renders publicly accessible web pages and HTML you supply into images and PDFs. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without warranty of any kind.
2. Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe. Credits do not expire while the Service operates. One credit is consumed per successful render; failed renders are not charged. If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days for a refund of unused credits.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: violate any law or third-party rights; capture content you have no right to access; attack, scan or overload third-party systems; attempt to reach private networks; generate material that is illegal, infringing or abusive; or resell raw API access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, with a pro-rata refund of unused paid credits where appropriate.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the URLs and HTML you submit and for how you use the output. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store rendered output.
5. API keys
Keep your key secret. You are responsible for usage made with your key.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
